Under 18 Piercing Policy
UNDER 18 PIERCING POLICY
For piercings on children 4 years and up the child’s BIOLOGICAL PARENT must sign for the minor. It cannot be a relative or sibling. The parent must bring each child’s birth certificate.
For children 13 and up additional ID is required. Acceptable forms of Identification for the child is as follows: School I.D. with name and picture on it. A state issued ID card or drivers license, passport or green card. The parent must also have their ID.
Piercing restrictions: Ear lobes, 4 years and up -|- Facial piercings and navel, 13 years and up -|- Tongue, 16 years and up
